We are Brigitte and Valri. We have many years of experience & training in many meditation techniques including Zen, Tibetan Buddhism and Vipassana. We have successfully incorporated our practice into our careers and have noticed the benefits of our practice in all areas of our lives. In our efforts to share this practice, we have joined with New Leaf Meditation Project and are dedicated to helping others learn about meditation and paying forward a practice that has positively changed our lives.
