When we are in balance, we benefit ourselves and others.  Sound meditation is a powerful way to move into a deep meditative and peaceful state.   Using Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and bells, gentle frequencies and vibrations are created that stimulate the brain and body at a cellular level.  Research confirms that calming the mind and body aids in detoxification and restoration, so join me in a sitting of peace, beauty, and well-being.
