Meditation Drumming - Meet Me Where I Am Saturdays

This is a drumming meditation class that is part discussion and part meditation.  Each meeting is designed to explore various concepts and increase present moment awareness while aligning mind, body, heart, and spirit.  

It is designed for anyone to be able to participate regardless of what experience you have in as a meditator.  It offers something to the beginner as well as the seasoned soul.  It provides various perspectives on aspects of our journey. The session will be centered around a theme/concept but the flow of the group energy will influence the directions we may explore.  

Participants are encouraged to bring a journal to write about the experience and your reflections.

Each session is independently contained and doesn't require previous or future attendance to gain present moment awareness. The aim is to align the body, mind, heart, and soul through conscious connection. 
The conceptual focus for this meeting is: 
Digesting emotional trauma and clearing away emotional debris while strengthening connection. We will learn how to lighten the load of heavy emotions.

Fee:  $20 - If you are unable to attend, the fee can be used once towards a future event.
Pre-registration only. Limit 10 persons.

Facilitator: Bonnie has been meditating and practicing holistic healing modalities since 2007. She has her master's degree in Philosophy and is a Reiki Master with shaman tendencies. She combines her analytical analysis skills with spiritual work to shed light on the unseen. Additionally she practices shamanism, journeying, energy healing, (including fire & water ceremonial meditations), family constellations, yoga, breathwork, silence, and stillness & flow.
