The Spirit Lab is a sacred space to come home to your gifts. Whether you’re just beginning to explore your connection with Spirit or you’ve been receiving nudges and messages for years, this workshop is designed to help you practice, play, and deepen your trust.
You’ll be guided through grounding rituals, intuitive tools, and heart-led exercises that help you connect with your higher self, spiritual team, and inner knowing. Learn how to read energy for yourself and others in a safe, nonjudgmental container where there’s no pressure to be perfect. This is a space to experiment, ask questions, and feel seen.
Participants are encouraged to bring their journal, pen and favorite tools: tarot or oracle cards, pendulums, spirit rods, runes, or any divination objects you love working with. These are not required, but they’re welcome additions if you already own or feel drawn to them.
Cost: $33
90 minutes — 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Please arrive a few minutes early — doors lock at 6:30 PM.

Hi, I’m Rae. I’m an intuitive guide, space holder, and lifelong seeker. I created this space to help others reconnect with their own inner wisdom in a way that feels grounded, playful, and real. I work with Human Design, energy, and Spirit to support people in learning to trust what they already know. This work isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence, practice, and permission to show up exactly as you are.
