Spirit Lab is a guided, experiential space for exploring intuition, embodied awareness, and spiritual connection in a grounded, approachable way. Each gathering offers simple invitations to strengthen self-trust, understand how you personally receive insight, and deepen your relationship with your inner guidance. Rather than teaching a rigid system, Spirit Lab invites curiosity, play, and exploration so you can discover what truly resonates for you.
Together, we work with intuitive tools, reflection, and shared experience. You may explore sensing energy, receiving messages, working with symbols, oracle cards, or Human Design themes, all within a supportive, intentional container. This space is for those who are curious, intuitive, or in transition, whether you’re just beginning or continuing to deepen your practice.
